Lesotho-Peru Knowledge Exchange to Strengthen the Potato Value Chain

Within the framework of the OCOP initiative, both countries exchange technical knowledge to strengthen potato production, improve food security, and promote rural development. With the support of the International Potato Center, this cooperation seeks to transfer capacities, inform public policies, and drive inclusive economic growth in Lesotho, establishing the potato as a catalyst for the transformation of its agri-food systems.
