ONLY IN FRENCH

The French territories are gradually integrating the notion of territorial food project within their economic, agricultural, societal or environmental strategy. While the preferred entry point today remains mass catering, many local authorities wish to approach food in a more integrated, more systemic way. In this perspective, it is relevant to know and better understand the territorial approaches in favour of sustainable, local and quality food in order to be able to effectively accompany these actors towards the implementation of their Territorialized Food Projects (TAPs). This inventory of the dynamics of territorial food projects in New Aquitaine therefore aims to gather the necessary material to assess the regional situation in this field. The sharing of experiences and field solutions between local authorities belonging to the same territory is all the more relevant as TAPs call by definition for synergies and complementarities of action.
