2019
ONLY IN FRENCH
This document aims to be a pedagogical resource for leading a approach for the development of a sustainable food plan. It is based on experiences in several countries in the North and South and presents various methodological tools developed by support structures and research organisations. It is based in particular on the implementation of the "Sustainable Food System and the Fight against Malnutrition in the Dakar Region - SADMAD" programme implemented from January 2016 to February 2019. One of the main focuses of the programme was to support the Department of Rufisque (Senegal) in the development of a territorial food plan aimed at improving the food and nutritional security of the territory's populations.
