Animal Production and Health Division (NSA)

The NSA Division supports member countries to strengthen the contribution of the livestock sector towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – as animal rearing on farms can be particularly effective at reducing hunger and poverty.

The Division endeavours to facilitate the participation of all livestock producers – large and small – to grow the sector, especially in developing countries.

Our vision

A world where the livestock sector sustainably contributes to the welfare of people and conservation of natural resources.
