This video records a little of the climate, expectations and intentions of the first exchange between the Brazilian Semiarid and the Dry Corridor, in Central America, in April 2018.
The action, which is part of a set of international exchanges between Brazil, Central America and Africa (Sahel), was made possible through the partnership between the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the Brazilian Semi-arid Articulation (ASA).
Entitled "Exchange between farmers in arid and semi-arid areas of the world", the action aimed to bring together farmers who cultivate in areas affected by climate change to promote the exchange of experiences and knowledge and to renew the spirit and resistance of those who dedicate themselves to agriculture and live being challenged by the climate, sometimes bringing prolonged droughts, sometimes many rains leaving traces of destruction.
