This workshop was organized by FAO and UNW-DPC in collaboration with the Soils, Water and Environment Research Institute. The 26 participants were from Burundi, the Central African Republic, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, the Sudan and Uganda.
