Cairo, Egypt - a progress meeting was held to discuss the latest updates of the project on Enhancement of Agricultural Productivity, which is being implemented by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), in collaboration with the National Water Research Center (NWRC), and Tottori University, ICARDA, NWRC and RCTWS and funded by the Japanese Government.

The project is part of the broader effort to empower smallholder farmers and build their resilience to climate change by enhancing water management and agricultural productivity. Partners discussed how to ensure timely implementation and collaborative efforts to achieve project results in Qena, Menia and Kafr El Sheikh.
