Nature et Faune: Wildlife and Protected Areas management and natural resources conservation (Vol 7,No.3)

"Nature et Faune" is a quarterly international publication dedicated to the exchange of information and scientific data on wildlife and protected areas management and conservation of natural resources on the African continent. Within the context of its information and training programme on Wildlife management, FAO, in conjunction with the University of Benin, organized from 22 April to 4 Mai 1991, the first ever training course on the techniques of breeding small game. This first seminar was intended for the technical officers of the departments of forestry and wildlife management, breeding and rural development, working in government and non-governmental organizations. The current issue of "Nature et Faune" carries a report on this seminar and it joins the seminarists in hoping that this programme will be continued in order to maximize the contribution of small game to the diet of rural populations and to the protection of our environment.
