Ingredients
corn, sweet: 170 6
coconut: 1
cowpeas: 170 6
groundnuts: 140 6
water: 400
salt, table: 15 6

Steps
1. If dried corn is used, soak overnight.
2. Half cook the corn, then prepare the cowpeas and add them to the partly cooked corn.
3. When 3/4 cooked, add groundnut to the mixture of corn and cowpeas.
4. Cook until all three are done, but remain whole (allow 2 1/2 hours in total).
5. Salt to taste. Break, wash, and slice coconut meat to garnish the dish.
