Pork Toast

Ingredients

pork: 200 6
bread: 5-8 40
egg, chicken: 1
sugar: 1 31
onion, green: 1 30
pepper: 6-7
sauce, patis: 2 27

Steps
1. Crush peppercorn and garlic together. Add to minced pork. Add egg, sugar, fish sauce, and green onion to the pork mixture.
2. Trim crust off bread slices and cut bread into desired shapes. Spread pork mixture on top of bread.
3. With pork side down first, deep-fry in hot oil until brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel.
4. Serve hot with chili sauce or cucumber sauce.
