2. "The State shall take all necessary measures for the realization of the right to development. Such measures shall include, amongst other things, equality of opportunity for all in their access to basic resources, education, health services, food, shelter, employment and infrastructure."

Artículo 4.3: “[...] Toda persona tiene derecho a la alimentación nutritiva, suficiente y de calidad. El Estado lo garantizará. [...] En todas las decisiones y actuaciones del Estado se velará y cumplirá con el principio del interés superior de la niñez, garantizando de manera plena sus derechos. Los niños y las niñas tienen derecho a la satisfacción de sus necesidades de alimentación, salud, educación y sano esparcimiento para su desarrollo integral. Este principio deberá guiar el diseño, ejecución, seguimiento y evaluación de las políticas públicas dirigidas a la niñez.”

Artículo 1: “En los Estados Unidos Mexicanos todas las personas gozarán de los derechos humanos reconocidos en esta Constitución y en los tratados internacionales de los que el Estado Mexicano sea parte. [...]

Artículo 27.XX: “El Estado promoverá las condiciones para el desarrollo rural integral, con el propósito de generar empleo y garantizar a la población campesina el bienestar y su participación e incorporación en el desarrollo nacional […] El desarrollo rural integral y sustentable a que se refiere el párrafo anterior, también tendrá entre sus fines que el Estado garantice el abasto suficiente y oportuno de los alimentos básicos que la ley establezca.”

Article 10: "1. Mongolia shall adhere to the universally recognized norms and principles of international law and pursue a peaceful foreign policy. 2. Mongolia shall fulfill in good faith its obligations under international treaties to which it is a Party."

Article 16: “The citizens of Mongolia shall be guaranteed the privilege to enjoy the following rights and freedoms: 5) Right to material and financial assistance in old age, disability, childbirth and child care and in other circumstances as provided by law”.

Article 19.1: “The State shall be responsible to the citizens for the creation of economic, social, legal and other guarantees for ensuring human rights and freedoms, to fight against violation of human rights and freedoms and to restore infringed rights.”

Article 9: “The ratified and published international agreements and generally accepted rules of international law shall make an integral part of the internal legal order, shall have the supremacy over the national legislation and shall apply directly when they regulate relations differently than the national legislation.”

Article 18: “International law-

1. Validly approved and ratified International treaties and agreements shall enter into force in the Mozambican legal order once they have been officially published and while they are internationally binding on the Mozambican State.

2. Norms of international law shall have the same force in the Mozambican legal order as have infra-constitutional legislative acts of the Assembly of the Republic and the Government, according to the respective manner in which they are received.”
