An online inception meeting will be held on 7 July 2022 for the project “Enhancing agricultural land market development to address land abandonment and improve land consolidation procedures”, which was developed under the FAO-Türkiye Partnership Programmes (FTPP). The project aims to assist Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan in designing land market development measures and land consolidation and land banking models to reduce land abandonment and to facilitate farm enlargement.

Participants will have an opportunity to discuss good regional practices on land consolidation and land banking. In addition, the project framework and planned activities will be shared with the participants within the scope of the meeting.

The inception meeting will be held in English with simultaneous interpretation in Russian and Turkish.
