ONLY IN FRENCH

Based on the reflections and analyses of ATD Quart Monde activists, this study proposes to deepen the social role of food, its function of social inclusion, and then to develop the effects of precarious life on these dynamics (Title 1). The understanding of these situations allows us to renew the meaning of sustainable food and to shed new light on access barriers. It can help to move towards solutions that restore the role of food as a means of social inclusion for people in precarious situations (Title 2).
