考虑到全球2019冠状病毒病疫情及其引发的公共卫生关切，粮农组织第三十五届亚洲及太平洋区域会议（第三十五届亚太区域会议）采用特殊安排，于2020年9月1-4日以线上形式召开。举行线上会议的决定是与粮农组织总干事以及代表成员国的区域小组磋商后作出的决定，并已征得东道国不丹王国的同意。

此次会议采用视频会议平台Zoom的“会议”模式功能。请参会代表通过邀请信提供的网站地址完成会议注册，同时完成Zoom平台注册。 

收到邀请的代表方可参加Zoom平台会议，但会议同时进行网络直播，供公众收看。

第三十五届亚太区域会议旨在探讨国家和区域当前优先重点，以及本区域的各项紧迫问题，如2019冠状病毒病疫情的影响、农业状况、自然资源管理、粮食安全和营养等。本次会议也是一次机遇，供展示有助于改善整个区域粮食安全和营养状况的伙伴关系、创新和数字技术范例，并突出强调区域性和全球性政策与监管事项。

鉴于2019冠状病毒病疫情尚未平息，经与不丹王国政府磋商并与区域小组探讨，总干事决定于2020年9月1-4日以线上形式召开第三十五届亚洲及太平洋区域会议。

*已完成编写并发布的文件封面页将保留会议原定日期和地点。虽然区域会议改用线上形式，且会议日期调整为2020年9月1-4日，但文件内容仍然适用。就会期调整达成一致后发布的文件将更新封面页。

 

区域对话区

因第三十五届区域会议采用线上会议形式，多项议题的大量审议工作将通过书面通函程序完成。参会代表针对文件的问题、评论或回复将通过电子邮件接收，并在区域对话区发布。为给区域办事处预留充足时间进行回应，请参会代表最迟于2020年8月21日通过电子邮件提交意见。
