Mid-term Review Synthesis Report - 2024 (PC 140/2-FC 203/8)
The Mid-Term Review Synthesis Report (MTR) informs the Programme and Finance Committees on the outlook towards full implementation of the Programme of Work and Budget (PWB) and its subsequent adjustments at the end of the first year of each biennium. As an interim report, the MTR provides an update on implementation progress under all sources of funds, and an overview of operational and financial performance. The Programme Implementation Report provides a comprehensive reporting of both programmatic and financial performance at the end of the biennium, as FAO’s principal accountability document.
