The AIMS team is excited to have created the Agricultural Information Management Standards LinkedIn group. The goal of the new LinkedIn group is to create a virtual meeting room and forum where professionals in the food and agricultural industry can post relevant content. The group is also important to facilitate conversations around digital data for innovation and resources available to support promoting accessibility of digital data and research, breaking barriers, linking and opening data and facilitating innovation transfer, assuring the generation of new ideas in food and agriculture. 

The AIMS team will post content and updates about resources including: AGRIS, AGROVOC and AGORA, along with updates and opportunities in terms of capacity development. It is also encouraged for other group members to post relevant content within the group. The new group should also help to start to foster current and new relationships with like-minded people.
