The Instituto de Agroquímica y Tecnología de Alimentos (IATA) is a research centre of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) which was established in 1966. Its scientific-technical objective is to carry out excellent research on sustainable quality food production, safety, health impact and consumer acceptance. IATA participates in R&D&i projects funded by national, European and International calls. The Technology Transfer and Internationalisation Unit at IATA has the objectives of promoting and facilitating the collaboration of our researchers with industries and other external parties.
