The Korean Society for Food Science of Animal Resources (KOSFA) is an academic organization in South Korea dedicated to the advancement of knowledge and technology related to animal-derived foods. Founded in 1978 as the Korean Society of Meat Science, it evolved to its current name in 1993. KOSFA fosters collaboration between academia and industry in the field of animal-origin foods through academic exchanges and publications.
