Online training about AGRIS and the implementation of sustainable initiatives on Open Science in agriculture

The Republican Scientific Agricultural Library of the State Agrarian University of Moldova in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) will conduct the online training about: “AGRIS and the implementation of sustainable initiatives on Open Science in agriculture in the Republic of Moldova”.  

AGRIS encourages the open exchange of information and research data globally to enable the discovery, reuse and sharing of scientific research in food and agriculture. The purpose of this training is to promote the AGRIS trends and developments in the management and dissemination of scientific information and data in the field of agriculture and food, such as the AGRIS Open Data Set (ODS) and Linked Open Data initiatives.

The training is designed for librarians from university and specialized libraries, journal publishers and information specialists, and will be provided in Romanian.
