Okayama University of Science has declared itself a "hub for developing talent focusing on student growth." It is committed to realizing this vision through its "Okayama University of Science Vision 2026."
Building on this vision, the university has actively executed a five-year midterm goal and plan, structured around five pillars, since the 2017 academic year, fostering a sense of unity across the entire institution. Commencing the academic year 2022 and mindful of the evolving social landscape, we proactively have addressed challenges in anticipation of the university's future. We introduced two new strategic pillars to effectively respond to these issues: "Establishing and promoting a distinctive brand" and "Advancing digital experiences to support a new norm to campus life." These areas will be the primary focus of our efforts as we work towards our objectives.
