The Universidad de Talca (UTalca) is a public, regional, non-profit university in Chile, founded in 1981 through the merger of the regional branches of Universidad de Chile and Universidad Técnica del Estado. Its main campus is located in the city of Talca, in the Maule Region, with additional campuses in Curicó, Linares, Santa Cruz, and Santiago .
