Politeknik Kelautan dan Perikanan Pangandaran (PKPP) is a vocational higher education institution located in Pangandaran, West Java, Indonesia. It operates under the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries through the Human Resources Development and Extension Agency (BPPSDM KP). PKPP offers diploma-level programs focused on practical and applied sciences in the fields of aquaculture, marine product processing, and marine technology. With a curriculum that emphasizes hands-on training (approximately 70% practical and 30% theoretical), PKPP aims to produce competent graduates ready to enter the workforce or become entrepreneurs in the marine and fisheries sectors. The institution also actively engages in applied research, community service, and environmental sustainability initiatives such as coastal cleanups and mangrove planting. Guided by core values of competence, consistency, commitment, and conscience (4C), PKPP envisions becoming a leading marine and fisheries polytechnic in Indonesia by 2030. It also hosts a certified Competency Testing Center and supports digital services for academic administration and public information through its SIDAT-PKPP system.
