It is a Pan-Canadian interuniversity consortium comprised of Université de Montréal, Université Laval, and Université du Québec à Montréal. We are funded by the Fonds de recherche du Québec, the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council and the Canada Foundation for Innovation.
