2025年世界提高抗微生物药物耐药性认识周的主题是“立即行动:守护当下,保障未来。”这一主题强调迫切需要采取大胆、协调的跨部门行动来应对抗微生物药物耐药性这一日益严重的全球威胁,它已经影响到我们的健康、粮食体系、环境和经济。抗微生物药物耐药性并非遥远的挑战;而是当前的危机,我们需要立即采取持续行动。耐药性感染正在增加,但认识、资金、投资和行动仍然不足。
这一行动呼吁以2024年联合国大会抗微生物药物耐药性问题高级别会议的势头为基础,敦促所有利益攸关方,包括政府、民间社会、卫生保健提供者、兽医、农民、环境行动者和公众,将政治承诺转化为切实、可问责的、挽救生命干预措施。为了守护当下,保障未来,我们必须优先在人类、动物和环境健康领域进行长期投资和采取战略行动。加强监测、确保公平获得优质药物和诊断、促进创新和建立有韧性的系统都需要长期承诺和资源。
