Side events on climate change and food security at CFS46

11/10/2019

Several side events at next week’s forty-sixth plenary session of the Committee on World Food Security (CFS) focus specifically on achieving food security in the face of climate change. Climate action in the agriculture sectors must lead towards low-emission, adapted, resilient food production systems and to achieve this action must adopt a holistic, multi-stakeholder approach. See below, this year’s events with a climate change focus that are related to the following themes: nutrition, indigenous food systems, agroecology and region-specific climate models.

We all have a role to play, join the events to have your say and see the developments unfold!
