Discuss, update workplane for the project activities "Modernization of Irrigation Techniques" during 2025, Qena.

Within the framework of project “Modernization of Irrigation Techniques to Improve the Livelihoods of Smallholder Farmers in Upper Egypt”,The  updated workplan for 2025 need to be discussed with the all project team members.

 This mission aims to:

1. Discuss, update workplane for the project activities during 2025 with all the project team.
2. Capacity building training for MEL which covers the basics of program monitoring and evaluation in the context of Irrigation Techniques programs. It also defines common terms and discusses why M&E is essential for program management.
3. Capacity building training for Communication.
