西非及中部非洲
西非及中部非洲仍长期处于不安全和政治不稳定的状况，萨赫勒中部和乍得湖盆地（布基纳法索、喀麦隆、乍得、马里、尼日尔和尼日利亚）发生冲突，中非共和国等中部非洲国家武装暴力事件持续不断。极端气候、疾病暴发和经济危机相互叠加，且2019冠状病毒病疫情造成负面经济社会影响，各类挑战愈加盘根错节，极端贫困不断加剧。在上述因素的共同作用下，粮食不安全和营养不良状况持续恶化，冲突地区尤甚。比如，刚果民主共和国正在经历全球规模最大的粮食危机。
