The meeting followed of March 2018 followed the Dublin (94th) Session of the Executive Committee, held in October 2017. At that Session, the set of sixteen, 24 month workplans were agreed, and with immediate effect for implementation. As the budget proposal for the overall four-year plan remained within the terms of the agreement for extent of variation of budget elements, the changes were accepted by the Financial Unit of DG-SANTE.
