The GSP promotes knowledge-sharing and capacity development on sustainable soil management. The
Global Soil Doctors Programme provides farmer-to-farmer training on sustainable soil management, while the EduSOILS platform offers learning opportunities for practitioners and policymakers. Capacity development activities, including training for national experts and capacity-strengthening for soil laboratories, builds technical expertise in soil analysis, mapping and soil fertility management. Together, these initiatives strengthen the link between science, policy and practice and support the exchange and application of soil knowledge worldwide.
