
Guinea Bissau
FAO, through the 50x2030 Initiative, provides technical assistance to Guinea Bissau to implement an annual agricultural survey programme that produces basic agricultural data and helps improve its availability, timeliness, and quality, while strengthening the country’s agricultural statistics system.
The programme supports the preparation and implementation of the survey on non-standardized units and business units in 2024/2025 and of three cycles of agricultural surveys (2026/2027; 2027/2028; and 2028), incorporating three annual rotating modules, namely, the income, labor, and productivity (ILP), the machinery, equipment, and assets (MEA) and the production methods and environment (PME).
