The Forest and Landscape Restoration Mechanism (FLRM) team will participate in the Target 2 Workshop, which will take place from 22-24 November 2023 in Rome, Italy. 

This is a unique opportunity for relevant organizations, stakeholders, and Parties to the CBD to share progress towards Target 2 of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework and jointly develop a roadmap for implementation, monitoring and reporting of the target. Participants will learn about GBF and Target 2, restoration experiences on the ground, and participate in the discussions on restoration planning, target setting and stakeholder engagement during interactive breakout sessions.
