soya, beans: 1 kg
water: 10 l
sugar: 2 kg
vanilla: 1/4 teaspoon
gulaman: 1
sago: 3 cup

Cooking Time (minutes): advanced (over night)

1. Soak soybeans overnight. Grind finely while adding boiling water.
2. Put soybean in a cheese cloth and squeeze out milk.
3. Boil soymilk for 5-10 minutes. Stir and add gulaman. Allow to boil for 10 mn.
4. Pass the mixture through a cheese cloth, then put into a molder.
5. Cool and serve with syrup and sago.
6. Prepare syrup: boil 10 l water and 2 kg brown sugar for 10 mn. Add vanilla, pandan or other flavors.
