Sweet and Sour Tokwa


onions: 1-2
pepper, sweet: 1
sugar: 2 tablespoons
broth: 2 cup
gherkin: 1
soya, sauce: 1/2 tablespoon
vinegar: 1/3 cup
corn, starch: 1/2 cup
oil, cooking/salad

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)

1. Roll tokwa in flour, then fry. Set aside.
2. For sweet and sour sauce, mix pepper, sugar, soy sauce, vetsin, broth and vinegar.
3. Saute onions and carrots, then add sweet and sour sauce.
4. Add cornstarch which has been dissolved in 2 tbsp water and mix well. Let it boil until thick.
5. In a bowl, pour sauce over tokwa. Serve while hot.
