Fried Tokwa with Vegetable Sauce

pork: 100 g
water: 1 cup
sugar: 1 tablespoon
gherkin: 1
flour, wheat: 1 tablespoon
salt, table: 1/2 teaspoon
soya, sauce: 2 tablespoon
beans, mung: 100 g

1. Roll tokwa in flour, then fry.
2. Saute pork, carrot, mushroom, onion, sprouted mungbean and then simmer.
3. Add water, soy sauce, salt, sugar and flour melted in water to thicken sauce. Simmer until cookes.
4. In a bowl put sauted vegetables over fried tokwa. Serve while hot.
