texturized vegetable protein (tvp): 1/2 29
asparagus, soup: 1/2 29

Steps
1. Boil 4 cups water. Add elbow macaroni, potato and carrots. When cooked, add pepper and TVP.
2. Simmer for a few minutes, then add asparagus soup. Stir and let it boil. Serve while hot.
