Steps
1. Soak the cowpeas, remove the husks, and grind the cowpeas into paste.
2. Mix the cowpea paste with the corn dough and add the palm oil.
3. Add some water to the paste to make a dropping consistency.
4. Add ground pepper, onion and salt.
5. Beat the eggs and stir into mixture.
6. Pour into greased tins and bake until golden brown (approx. 20 mn).
