Coconut Rice

Ingredients
rice: 2 29
grapes: 1/4 29
coconut: 2 29
almonds: 1/4 29
ghee: 1/2 29
water: 3 3/4 29
cardamom: 6
cloves: 6
food coloring:
nutmeg: 1/2 31
jaggery: 3 29

Steps
1. Wash rice and set aside for an hour.
2. Heat butter or ghee in pan; add cloves and washed rice, and saute for 5-10 minutes.
3. Pour 3 3/4 cups boiling water on rice. Cook rice till done. Spread it on a flat dish to cool.
4. In another pot, cook grated coconut and jaggery or sugar until coconut becomes soft (10 mn).
5. Add rice, food coloring, cardamom, nutmeg powder, raisins, and salmond.
