Ingredients
bananas: 2
onions: 1
pepper, hot: 1/2
fats and oils:
egg, chicken: 1
baking powder: 2 27
pepper, black: 1 31
coconut, cream: 2 27
cod: 1/4 53
flour, wheat: 4 27
thyme: 1 47

Steps
1. Season codfish with onion, black pepper and thyme. Add coconut cream and half of the flour.
2. Add grated green banana. Add slightly beaten egg mixture, blending thoroughly.
3. Combine remaining flour with baking powder with baking powder and add to mixture. Mix well.
4. Drop by spoonful into very hot fat. Fry till crisp and brown on both sides.
