Steps
1. Clean and wash the beans and soak them overnight.
2. Boil the beans in the same water for about 30 mn.
3. Clean and wash the maize and soak for 1 hour. Then add to the beans and boil until both are cooked.
4. Add salt.
5. Serve with a tomato salad.
