Rice Porridge with Milk

Steps
1. Clean and wash rice.
2. Bring milk to a boil and add rice, sugar and salt
3. Boil for about 45 minutes over a low fire, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve hot or cold.

6. Serve cold with mashed bananas.
7. Serve with mashed pawpaw and lemon juice.
8. Add 1 tbsp cocoa or a little chopped ginger to the milk.
9. Add 2 tbsp roasted groundnuts or grated coconut to the porridge.
10. Ad an egg beaten with a little milk to the porridge when ready to serve.
