Bean Cake Akara

Ingredients

Steps
1. Soak beans for about 2 hours.
2. Remove skin and germ from beans and wash.
3. Grind the beans to a very fine paste, and beat until light and fluffy.
4. Grind or chop the other ingredients fine, add to the beans and mix.
5. Add a little water to the mixture and stir vigorously until it is smooth.
6. Heat oil in a frying pan until near the burning point.
7. Drop mixture into oil from a spoon, fry on both sides and serve.
