Roasted Plantain

Ingredients
banana, plantain: 2

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Put unpeeled plantains in the fire. The fire should have good coals and be free of smoke.
2. When the skin is partly burnt and tender, remove plantains from fire and peel.
3. Return to the fire and roast evenly. When cooked, remove from fire and scrape.
4. Serve hot with avocado pear, palm oil or roasted groundnuts.
