Steps
1. Wash plantains (if necessary), peel, top and tail.
2. Slice obliquely into pieces about 1/2 cm thick.
3. Sprinkle with salt and spread evenly.
4. In a frying pan, fry slices until both sides are evenly brown.
5. Remove, drain and serve warm with pepper sauce or fried egg.
