Blackjack Relish with Groundnuts

Steps
1. Wash the leaves thoroughly and boil.
2. Wash and cut tomatoes in thin slices; wash and chop onions.
3. When the leaves are cooked add onions, tomatoes and salt.
4. When onions and tomatoes are fully cooked, add pound groundnuts.
5. Continue cooking, stirring continuously until the groundnuts are well cooked.
6. Serve with thick porridge.
