Steps
1. Cut potatoes in half vertically and scoop out centres.
2. Crush centres peas coarsely and mix sliced chili, onions, lime and salt.
3. Stuffed potatoes with mixture.
4. Place two halves together and attach with fine sticks (toothpicks).
5. Shallow-fry in hot margarine till light brown and drain.
