Potatoes, Chickpeas and Groundnuts

Steps
1. Clean and wash the peas, soak for 4 hours and boil in the same water for 30 minutes.
2. Peel and wash the potatoes and add to the chickpeas, add salt and boil for 10 minutes.
3. Pound and sift the groundnuts, add to the mixture, and boil for 10 minutes.
4. Season to taste and serve with a salad
