Monitoring and evaluation is provided at country and project level with independent reports presented to the Steering Committee (SC) on an annual basis.

The system which the project uses for M&E separates the day-to-day tracking of delivery (monitoring) from the actual evaluation of the impact of the project. At the programmatic level, a set of high level indicators and milestones have been set, while at country level, the country team supporting implementation have developed a series of Outcome level tracking tools.

Monthly updates on progress at Output level can be found on the project web site, along with a specific set of indicators which have been developed to show how capacity is being developed and how risks are being reduced.
