FAO at WMO Extraordinary Congress

In a video message recorded for the opening ceremony of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Extraordinary Congress (26 - 27 October 2012), José Graziano da Silva, Director-General of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), confirmed his support for the Global Framework for Climate Services (GFCS) which will ensure the availability and enhance effectiveness of climate services for improved decision-making relevant to agriculture, and food and nutrition security.
