Programme Implementation Report 2024-25 (C 2027/8)
The Programme Implementation Report 2024-25 presents an overview of how FAO has helped its members in the transformation to MORE efficient, inclusive, resilient and sustainable agrifood systems for better production, better nutrition, a better environment, and a better life, leaving no one behind. Marking 80 years of commitment towards a world free of hunger, this biennium demonstrated what can be achieved when technical expertise, innovation and targeted investment align around a common goal, with action grounded in science and data. As we approach 2030, the last two years have shown that progress in reducing food insecurity and malnutrition is possible, pointing to a shared opportunity for accelerating and sustaining momentum towards the Sustainable Development Goals.
