En este informe se ofrece una instantánea de la formulación de políticas agroalimentarias en Costa Rica. Se resumen las iniciativas que el Gobierno del país ha llevado a cabo en los últimos años para lograr sistemas agroalimentarios más sostenibles, y se destacan los aspectos económicos, ambientales y sociales. En el contexto de la participación del país en la Cumbre sobre Sistemas Alimentarios de las Naciones Unidas y los procesos de seguimiento, se analiza la coordinación de las políticas agroalimentarias nacionales, la participación de las múltiples partes interesadas y la importancia de las inversiones para los sistemas agroalimentarios sostenibles.

This brief provides a snapshot of agrifood policymaking in Zambia. It summarizes the government's efforts in achieving sustainable agrifood systems in recent years, highlighting economic, environmental and social aspects. Against the backdrop of the country's participation in the UN Food Systems Summit, and follow-up processes, it discusses the nation's agrifood policy coordination, multistakeholder engagement, and the importance of investments for sustainable agrifood systems.
